Hi! It's nice to meet you.

There are moments in life that divide everything into before and after.

Loss is one of them.

I know what it means to carry grief quietly.
To function outwardly while unraveling inwardly.
To love a baby you cannot hold.
To feel changed — and unsure who you are becoming.

And I also know this:

Healing does not mean forgetting.
It means learning how to live rooted in love while rising into strength.

That is the work I am honored to hold.

My Background

Before I was a coach, I was a nurse.

I have spent over a decade as a Registered Nurse in pediatric care, including leadership roles where I supported families through some of their most vulnerable and life-altering moments.

My clinical background gives me:
• Deep emotional regulation skills
• Trauma-informed awareness
• Nervous system sensitivity
• The ability to hold space without rushing or fixing

But beyond credentials, what defines my work is this:

I understand the sacredness of a mother’s grief.

Why I Created Rooted & Rising™

After walking alongside mothers experiencing loss — both personally and professionally — I saw something missing.

Many mothers receive sympathy.
Some receive therapy.
But very few receive structured guidance for rebuilding identity after loss.

Who are you now?
How do you move forward without leaving your baby behind?
How do you carry grief without it carrying you?

Rooted & Rising™ was created to answer those questions.

This is not surface-level support.
This is transformational identity work inside a safe, intentional container.

A Final Note

If you are here, it likely means you carry a story that reshaped you.

I want you to know:

You are still a mother.
You are still worthy of support.
And you are still becoming.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you.
